Dieser Beitrag behandelt eine in Mailand gefundene Inschrift, die bereits Gegenstand einer 1986 publizierten Untersuchung von Maria Grazia Tibiletti Bruno war (‘Nuove iscrizioni epicoriche a Milano’, in: Scritti in ricordo di Graziella Massari Gaballo e Umberto Tocchetto Pollino, Mailand 1986, 100–109). Die hier vorgelegte Neuinterpretation bietet nicht nur für einige Wörter verbesserte Lesungen, sondern es wird für den gesamten Inhalt der Inschrift eine grundlegend neue Deutung vorgeschlagen, die einen Fortschritt gegenüber der alten von Tibiletti Bruno darstellt.
In 1986 Maria Grazia Tibiletti Bruno wrote an article about an inscription found in Milan (‘Nuove iscrizioni epicoriche a Milano’, in: Scritti in ricordo di Graziella Massari Gaballo e Umberto Tocchetto Pollino, Mailand 1986, 100–109). The present paper not only offers improved readings of some words, but suggests a whole new interpretation for the inscription. It therefore makes progress compared to the old article from Tibiletti Bruno.
